COME INDOSSARLI
Tratta i tuoi gioielli con cura ed evita attività che li espongano a graffi. Togliti i gioielli prima di andare a letto, fare la doccia e lavarti le mani.
Quando apri e chiudi orecchini, bracciali e collane, fai attenzione. Non forzare le parti delicate, i prodotti sono realizzati in materiali preziosi e possono rompersi se sottoposti a tensione.
COME CONSERVARLI
Conserva i tuoi gioielli in un luogo sicuro. Ricorda di conservare i tuoi gioielli in uno spazio asciutto e di non conservarli nel bagno poiché il vapore e le condizioni umide possono influenzarli. Conserva i tuoi oggetti separatamente nel sacchetto dei gioielli per evitare graffi e mantenere una superficie lucida.
COME PULIRLI
Con il passare del tempo i gioielli possono ossidarsi e ottenere una superficie ossidata, che può lasciare l’oggetto più scuro e meno lucido. Per evitare che ciò accada, ricordati di lucidare spesso i tuoi gioielli utilizzando un panno morbido per la pulizia.
Se il gioiello è già ossidato, puoi pulirlo mettendo il pezzo in un bagno con apposito prodotto per la pulizia e poi lucidandolo accuratamente con un panno morbido.
Questo vale solo per i gioielli realizzati in argento sterling al 100%. I gioielli placati in oro 18K sono rivestiti con 2 micron di metallo prezioso che ne aumenta la resistenza.
Con la cura adeguata ed accurata, i vostri gioielli ELLESANTI potranno conservare la loro bellezza originaria per molti anni. Tuttavia, si prega di accettare che eventuali trattamenti superficiali e placcature si usurano nel tempo. Se desideri ripristinare il colore e la placcatura originali dei tuoi gioielli, visita il tuo gioielliere preferito per un trattamento specifico.

Preserve your jewelry, ensure longevity
WHEN WEARING
Treat your jewelry with care and avoid activities that will expose your jewelry to scratches. Remove your jewelry before bed, showering and washing your hands.When opening and closing your earrings and chains, be careful. Don’t force the materials, the products are made of precious metals and can break if strained.
WHEN STORING
Store your jewelry in a safe place; remember to keep your jewelry in a dry space, and do not store it in your bathroom as steam and humid conditions can affect it. Store your pieces separately in the jewelry bag to avoid scratching and to maintain a shiny surface.
WHEN POLISHING
Over time jewelry can tarnish and get an oxidized surface, which can leave the piece looking darker and less shiny. To prevent this from happening, remember to polish your jewelry often using a soft cleaning cloth.
If the jewelry is already oxidized, you can clean it by putting the piece in a silver bath, followed by polishing it thoroughly with your cleaning cloth afterward. This only applies to jewelry made of 100% sterling silver.

With the proper and accurate care, your ELLESANTI jewelry can preserve its original beauty throughout many years. However, please accept that any surface treatments and plating wear out over time. If you wish to restore your jewelry’s original color and plating, visit your preferred jeweler for a replating.
